Privacy Information Policy

This policy explains when and why I collect personal information on my website, how it is used, and what choices you have. Any questions regarding this policy and privacy practices should be sent by email via my Contact page.

The new General Data Protection Rules (aka “GDPR”) is a law impacting businesses, including websites, worldwide. Effective May 25, 2018, it requires all organizations that store information about a person (which identifies that person specifically, or can be used to do that) to explicitly state how, where, why and so on. Further, that person can demand the information be removed. Details for this website are provided below.

My website, is hosted by Format, the company whose services I use to create the various galleries and pages of my site. I gather personal information on my Subscribe to Mailing List form, which includes your First Name, Last Name, and email address for the purpose of sending professional updates to interested website visitors. Format has a privacy policy for both "Users" like myself and for "End Users" like you who visit the site. You can view the Format Privacy and Security Policy here

I use MailChimp (an email service) to send emails keeping you informed of updates to my website and news about events and exhibitions featuring my work. If you are receiving these emails, you have either subscribed to my mailing list or have given me permission to include you. Again, the only information gathered and stored by MailChimp is your First Name, Last Name, and email address (from the Mailing List web form or entered by me with your permission). Each email you receive includes a link at the bottom where you can very simply unsubscribe at any time. I have never and will never share your information with any third party (person or organization), and it is my understanding the same applies for MailChimp, whose Privacy Policy you can view here.

Again, should you have any questions or concerns about my privacy practices, please don't hesitate to Contact me.
